What left Irrfan Khan amused?

Irrfan Khan is a man of few but very powerful words and when it comes to his sense of humour, the world is aware of his wit! Recently his very wit left him in middle of an uncalled for situation in the neighboring country. 

The actor was at an event over the weekend and was quizzed about rumours doing the rounds that probably his next film may have a Pakistani actress in the film. Knowing the ease of how he could be misquoted Irrfan threw in a joke to ease the situation of a sensitive matter. 

Irrfan joked that the actress, Sabah Qamar got married to an Indian and now is technically an Indian. 

While the press understood the joke it was somehow made into breaking headlines in Pakistan leaving the actor completely amused.

The main event will happen on 28th December. 

Milan Luthria’s multistarrer Baadshaho to release on 1st September 2017!!

After films like Once upon a time in Mumbai and The Dirty Picture, ace director Milan Luthria is now busying shooting for one of the most anticipated films of 2017 'Baadshaho'!

Baadshaho which stars Ajay Devgn along with Emraan Hashmi, Vidyut Jamwal, Ileana Dcruz, Esha Gupta and Sanjay Mishra and produced by Bhushan Kumar (T-Series) and Milan Luthria is all set to hit the silver screen on 1st September 2017 to entertain the audience!

Milan, who has put an end to all the speculations regarding the release date, says, “We have finalised 1st September as the release date keeping in mind the time needed for detailed post-production and the extensive promotional activity planned by Bhushan and me"

Currently, the cast has been shooting for the second schedule in Jodhpur, and have created hysteria on the streets! As the movie is a multi starrer, sources reveal that special security had to be arranged on the sets to control the crowd, who have been like civilian paparazzi with their mobile cameras.

As the film is shot only on real locations, Milan has covered more than 2000 km of extensive road recces with an international action team to lock untapped locations.

Baadshaho is a rugged, rustic, rough and tough entertainer which will raise the bar and mesmerise audience from 1st September 2017!

Ganesh Acharya who is going to produce and direct Marathi film Bhikari with Sharad Shelar under the banner Mi Maratha Film Production invited Amitabh Bachchan to give a blessing .Swapnil Joshi, Rucha Inamdar, Sayaji Shinde who all dressed in Libas dress and Manoj Joshi came for mahurat. Amitabh Bachchan unveiled the design of the film and gave his blessing and all the best to the entire cast of the film.The film is a remake of Tamil super hit film Pichaikkaran.Riyaz and Reshma Gangji of Libas stores designed the costumes for the cast for this mahurat. Tiger Shroff ,Ravi Kishan,Sukhwinder Singh,Yogesh Lakhani of Bright Outdoor,Pooja Sawant and Pooja Bose were also present at this great event.

The much anticipated Rogue One: A Star Wars story is set to release on 16th December and its team kick started celebrations at the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo yesterday to promote the film. Felicity Jones wore a quirky satin striped dress for the event

“I feel like I’m standing on sacred ground,” Director Gareth Edwards told the crowd of journalists recently. 

One the major theme of the film that has been highlighted is that it contains a strong female lead. “People keep saying how amazing it is having a female lead and i just sort of feel, well, of course!” said Felicity Jones, “It shouldn’t be such a big deal. We are half the population.”

Gareth Edwards agrees agreed saying, “Obviously we have a female lead but I didn’t want to view it that way because the typical thing to do is to go overly into a badass stereotype of a tough woman that no one relates to.”

“Rogue One” tells the story of a group of unlikely heroes, who in a time of conflict band together on a mission to steal the plans to the Death Star, the Empire’s ultimate weapon of destruction. This key event in the Star Wars timeline brings together ordinary people who choose to do extraordinary things, and in doing so, become part of something greater than themselves.

The actress, who's making a comeback after a hiatus, will be seen as a character, who's quirky and full of life. She tells Yaro that he can help people better by being an undercover cop in the night, while he can continues to work as a chef in the day.The show is aired between Monday to Friday at 7.30 PM on Sab TV.
