Rohit Shetty receives the Most Stylish Star Filmmaker Award

Rohit Shetty is currently in the celebratory mood with the success of Golmaal Again with the movie garnering a business of 200 crores. And quite recently, the filmmaker had another reason to rejoice as he was awarded the ‘Most Stylish Star Filmmaker award at the Lokmat Most Stylish Awards. Rohit received the award from Chief Minister Devendra Phadnavis’ wife Amruta Fadnavis. 

Known for his style and dapper personality, there were no two doubts that he was the apt choice for this award. Dressed in a black pathani suit, he looked dapper as usual.

Jaspinder Narula, Lyricist Kumaar, Singer Divya Kumar, Music director-singer Arjunna Harjaie attended the 2nd anniversary of ASM Aesthetics of Sound and Music at Mayor hall.

Surabhi Dashputra and Kanika Joshi of ASM Aesthetics of Sound and Music kept the 2nd anniversary of their music academy at Mayor hall in Andheri where they invited singer Jaspinder Narula, Divya Kumar, Lyricist Kumaar and Music director singer Arjunna Harjaie to give their blessing to new talent. More than 100 students participated in this Shubhaarambh musical event where they performed live. Lyricist Kumaar and Jaspinder Narula came specially to give their blessings. Divya Kumar and Arjunna Harjaie sang some songs for media and students at this event.

Small Film "MAHERUH" Becomes Big At Box Office.

"Chhota packet bada dhamaka". Usually, this term is used in Bollywood when a small film creates wonders at box office. Now, this term is used for "Maheruh", a film featuring new star cast. Directed by debutante director Vithal Sunita Veturkar the film stars Amit Dolawat, Drisha More and Dilip Karad and it released on 10th Nov. all over.  When it hit the screen only 265 shows were booked by UFO. Following the positive response the film got the momentum and very next day UFO increased the shows to 1065 and the demand for the second week's booking started pouring in. First, the lilting music attracted the viewers and later the content of the film did the trick What's more. The film is creating ripples in Pakistan too. Maheruh is the Balochistani word. The meaning of it is made for each other. This Hindi film with Balochistani title attracted the attention of Pakistani distribution sector too and soon this film will be released there in cinema halls of Lahore, Karachi and other Pakistani cities. One Pakistani producer contacted the director and informed him that he is registering the title in Pakistan and now he wants to remake this film in Pakistan in his own style. Now the negotiations are on for the remake rights. The success of this film has proved once again that content is the king.

Actress Ekta Jain did her new photo shoot for her film Shaadi With Jugaad

Ekta Jain who had done loads of TV serials, commercials, print ads,Gujarati- Hindi plays and few films is coming back after 8 years with Hindi comedy film Shaadi with Jugaad . She got her new photo shoot done for her new look. She also lost 12 kilo weight for her comeback .The film also stars Shree Rajput, Harshvardhan Joshi, Ajay Singh, Kunal Mehta,  Akash Lapasiya, Kcarren Rajput and Sumati Solanki . D J Bharali has composed the music for the film and Azaad Bharti has written the story . The film is produced by Shree Sutram Entertainment Pvt ltd and directed by Azaad Bharti. 

Govinda Starts Shooting For His Next Titled FryDay

After directing Dolly Ki Doli, Abhishek Dogra will now roll another comedy film titled FryDay featuring Govinda and Fukrey’s popular character Choocha, Varun Sharma. The duo kicked off a start to finish a 35 days schedule in Delhi last week.

Presented by Inbox Pictures Pvt Ltd, produced by - Sajid Qureshi, the movie stars Govinda, Varun Sharma, Prabhleen Sandhu and Digangana Suryavanshi.  

Second song 'Sajna Sohne Jiha' from the movie Firangi

The song has been sung by Jyoti Nooran and the music has been given by Jatinder Shah who is primarily recognized for his compositions in Punjabi music and film industry. The lyrics are written by Dr Devendra Kafir.

Produced by K9 Films Pvt. Ltd. & Kapil Sharma, directed by Rajiev Dhingra, 'Firangi' starring Kapil Sharma in lead role is all set to release on 24 November. The film also stars Ishita Dutta, Monica Gill and Kumud Mishra.

Maheruh passed with A certificate

Abhed Productions' maiden venture ''Maheruh''  is passed by Censor Board with A certificate. Presented by Nevada Putman the film is produced by Rashmi Satam and Nikhil Khedekar and directed by Vithal Sunita Veturkar.

 Arvind Gala is the co-producer of the film and it has a story by Maria and Nikhil Khedekar, screenplay and dialogue by Maria and Namita Bandekar and it stars Amit Dolawat, Drisha More, Dilip Karad and introducing child artist Parth Veturkar. Lyrics by Ritesh Dubey, Shivam Dubey, Khamosh and N C Sharma, music by Kalyan Bardhan and Ali Faishal, cinematography by Subhash Parekh and Gaurav Sharma and background by Kalyan Bardhan are the other credits of the film and it is slated to be released on 10th Nov. all over.
