Archil Dzuliashvili Ambassador of Georgia and Satinder Singh Ahuja Hon.Consul General of Georgia were guests at The Independence Day celebration of Georgia at Taj Hotel, Colaba along with Mr George Tabatadze, Director Consular Department who specially came from Georgia to attend this event

It was a dual celebration for Georgia as they celebrated their 99th Independence day and 25 years of diplomatic relations with India. Archil Dzuliashvili, the Ambassador of Georgia and Satinder Singh Ahuja Hon.Consul General of Georgia was present, besides several other honourable Ambassadors of several other countries as guests at the Independence Day celebration of Georgia at Taj Hotel, Colaba. Mr George Tabatadze, Director Consular Department who specially came from Georgia to attend this special event.The producer-director duo Abbas Mustan came specially to be a part of the event. Producer - director Dheeraj Kumar of Creative Eye Ltd, Anooj Kapoor, Sanjay Pratap, Ameesha Patel, Charanjeet Singh Sapra, Vijay Kalantri etc also came for the grand event. Satinder Singh Ahuja, Hon. Consul General of Georgia told the media that Bollywood should avail of the 25 percent subsidy given to filmmakers from India by the government in Georgia by shooting major portions of their film at various exotic locales in Georgia. Satinder Singh Ahuja also expressed his heartfelt thanks to Abbas Mustan for shooting their home production film The Machine in Georgia. This year they are planning to invite more guests to Georgia.
